ABOUT US
The Riverkeepers are Nathan Dowdy and Anna Patterson of Charlotte, NC, and our band. Nathan has performed thousands of live shows over the last 15 years with his band the Hwy, as well as solo and with his duo projects Decent People and This Ambiguous We, and other associated acts; crafting a live sound that’s energetic, sensitive, and entertaining. Anna, a former professional Ballet dancer and current singer/songwriter, has recently released her debut single “Mountains”, which we recorded and produced together, knitting us together as we honed our voice and presentation as an Indie/Folk duo. Nathan’s emphasis on strong melody and rhythm interlaces with Anna’s graceful, captivating vocal, blending in a sensational mix of light and dark dynamic that scales perfectly to fit any size venue.
